Herbs are important ingredients in Southeast Asian cuisine as the provide aroma and flavour that are characteristic and unique to various dishes, and since many Southeast Asian culinary herbs are undemanding and fuss-free tropical or subtropical plants that are suitable for growing in our local climate Malaysia, it is really not difficult to start your very own pocket of green. Even in our urban jungle, it is really easy to grow your own little herb garden.
